Sitting quietly, world buzzing

Giddy excitement, where to begin?

Colours whizz by, visual delight

Close the eyes, soak it all in

Slow and steady breath in a fading afternoon

The blank space of neither here nor there

A moment of stillness mutes the noise

Amongst it all an inner sanctuary awakening

A wondrous game of endless possibility

Let it flow or take control, either way Imagination unlocks it all
